How do I return an item? If you receive your item and are less than satisfied, please let me know within 48hrs of receiving your package. My goal is your 100% satisfaction. You can exchange your item as long as you cover shipping both ways and the item is in brand new condition. If EVER your nursing jewelery is in need of repair, I will do so free of charge.
